The Dual Impact team has more than 40 years of combined fundraising and administrative experience. Our Owner and CEO Kale Beers has worked in professional and collegiate sports administration and higher education with over half of those years dedicated to fundraising, corporate sales and marketing & communication.

Kale Beers began his career with a dream of becoming the next great play-by-play broadcaster but quickly gravitated towards the satisfaction that comes with helping organizations achieve maximum impact through fundraising and mission awareness. He's held the titles of Associate Athletic Director, Director of Development, Director of Broadcasting and Communications and has taught public speaking at the collegiate level.

Through all his endeavors one strength has been obvious and undeniable - the ability to forge strong and lasting relationships. This has allowed him to build an international network of resources and raise millions of dollars for his dedicated causes.
